It is. It's... so much. It's overwhelming. And it's not like either of us want to disappoint him, either. I know he just wants to protect us. But it doesn't help when stuff like this happens.
It's not like I was fond of them either, but it's hard to not warm up to them. I know he cares about us and wants to protect us! But I wish he would trust us a little more when it comes to who we do anything with.
