I do. I have a skill that can help someone get a peaceful night's sleep. But the requirements are tricky.

It requires a high level of trust or it's not as effective. I usually only use it on my brother. But it still has some effectiveness as long as you don't hate me, so it's worth a try?

Since—I sleep with Sonata a lot, but it's not... really sleep. But she'll bully me if I'm not with her.

The gym probably isn't the best place for a nap. Any preferences?

... The rec room isn't so bad. There's a good spot in the corner and people don't usually find you there.

... That's right, you didn't have a place. Did you ever get one of those playhouses or whatever?

Uh, I did. But the rec room is still more comfortable to sleep in than a playhouse. Lily uses it for storage now.

Anything's got to be more comfortable than one of those. Storage is better than sleeping.

The weather's nice here, so honestly sleeping outside isn't too bad either. But we've got, uh...

...Some interesting people here. So it's better to sleep indoors.

You can say they're weirdos. I don't usually sleep places that aren't Clover because of it. Not unless I know I'm hidden.

[But she huffs, flopping over on a couch.]

They're mostly harmless. Except Patches, obviously. But they can be...annoying.

[sits down cross-legged on the floor right next to the couch, so they're pretty much eye level]

Do you want a blanket?

[holds out his hands and a big hand-knitted pink cardigan appears in them! offers it to her]

My inventory. Like a video game inventory. I can only do it with a couple things, it's not that fancy here.

[She pulls her knees up so that she can curl up under it, it is very warm and she appreciates it. he also gets a tiny little smile.]

Still kinda cool, though.

I only get to be cool here. Back home I'm just normal.

[once she seems like she's settled he gives her a pat on the head. she can feel whatever skill he has take effect almost instantly: it soothes, eases muscle tension, relaxes the body and the mind. she can feel the edges of sleep starting to creep in.]

[She wasn't expecting that—it catches her a little by surprise, but it doesn't register as much as it could due to the actual skill setting in, and she gives a tired blink

She's already exhausted, too, so it's setting in incredibly fast for her.]

Stuff like this is normal...?

as long as he's patting her head, keeping his voice low and soothing, it feels like the start of a natural sleep settling in. her limbs get heavy and it's harder and harder to keep her eyes open]

The inventory is normal; all hunters have one. The skills depend on the person. It depends on your natural disposition, you could say. Some people can control fire or water or wind or lightning.
