[ dirk's just kind of vibing whenever ruby gets there: the hotel room door's open like he said, anyway, and he's got a couch they stole from one of the casino rooms (and thoroughly cleaned, thank you) set up at the foot of the bed in front of the wildly huge tv dave bought.

the bed looks mostly like a couple of people nest in it periodically, and there's a tiny pile of blankets on the desk but also another one on the bed because everyone knows that pony is spoiled.

right now she's curled up on dirk's chest while he drapes over about 1/2 of the couch, his legs dangling right over the edge. ]
