Overworked and underpaid business people, useless college students living on their own for the first time, drunken party goers who missed the last train and have to wait until morning, school children coming back to an empty home, the single people of every generation and nationality . . . All of them can go to any conbini in Japan for an affordable, decently nutritious meal at any hour. The food isn't questionable; it's a gift from heaven that Japan alone is blessed with.
