He told everyone we were Sugar's kids after we'd been keeping it a secret. I- didn't want that information out because I thought it'd ruin mama's reputation. It's really bad for idols to have that kind of information out there, and I didn't want her memory ruined, so...

[nods, slowly; he has a vague understanding of what being an idol entails.]

If you were both keeping it secret for that long then he must have known that just as much as you. Do you know why he decided to change his mind?
